जिला पंचायत की बैठक विकास भवन सभागार में सम्पन्न
अंकित कुशवाहा ब्यूरो प्रमुख कुशीनगर-
जिला पंचायत कुशीनगर की वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के प्रस्तावित आय-व्यय बजट को तैयार करने के निमित्त नियोजन व विकास समिति की बैठक में आय-व्यय तथा प्रत्येक मदों के प्रस्तावित आय एवं व्यय के प्राविधानों विचारोपरान्त जिला पंचायत की स्वीकृति हेतु प्रस्तुत किया गया।
बैठक दौरान पूर्व बैठक की कार्यवृत्ति पढ़ी गई, जिसके अंतर्गत जिला पंचायत सदस्य द्वारा विकास खण्ड मोतीचक के ग्राम भलुई मदारी पट्टी में विजले के तारों को बदलने की मांग विगत बैठक में की गई थी जिसे अब तक बदला नही गया, उक्त प्रकरण को मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने गम्भीरता से लेते हुए अवकाश पर चल रहे अधि0 अभि0 विद्युत के खिलाफ शासन व मंडल स्तर पर भेजने का निर्देश सम्बन्धित को दिए। इसी प्रकार विद्यालय के बाउंड्रीवाल का धन निकासी के बाद भी कार्य न होने की शिकायत पर मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को प्रभावी कार्यवाही करते हुए धन रिकवरी करने का निर्देश 1 फरवरी तक हर हाल में कर लिए जाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
अपर मुख्य अधिकारी द्वारा वर्ष 2021-22 का सम्भावित बजट 64,56,25000 पेश किया गया जिसे सर्वसम्मति से पारित किया गया । जिसके अंतर्गत सामान्य प्रशासन हेतु 1,75,90,000 किया गया व सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग मद में अनुमानित बजट रु0 82,15,000 किया गया तथा सार्वजनिक मूल निर्माण अन्तर्गत 53,78,00,000 किया गया है।
अपर मुख्य अधिकारी ने सभी सदस्य गण को अवगत कराया कि जनपद में जो भी 6 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क जो खराब की स्थिति में हो उसका प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करें शीघ्र कार्य कराया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि जनपद के 403 प्रा0/जूनियर विद्यालययों में शौचालय हेंडवास रनिंग वाटर ,टाइल्स आदि का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है जिस पर अनुमानित लागत 675 करोड़ होगी, जिसे सभी सदस्यों द्वारा सहमति व्यक्त की गई। इसी प्रकार जनपद के 195 एएनएम सेंटर (सब सेंटर) पर शौचालय निर्माण हेतु भी स्वीकृति दी गई। मा0 सदस्य गणो द्वारा अपने अपने छेत्र की समस्याओं से मा0 अध्यक्ष को अवगत कराया गया जिसे तत्काल प्रभावी कार्यवाही हेतु सम्बन्धित को निर्देशित किया गया।
बैठक दौरान मा0 विधायक रामकोला रमानन्द बौद्ध व मा0 जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष विनय कुमार गौंड ने सभी सदस्य गण के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया गया।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने इस अवसर पर सभी मा0 सदस्य गण को आश्वस्त किया गया कि जो भी शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई है उसकी त्वरित समाधान कराया जाएगा, तथा हिला हवाली करने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही कि जाएगी।
इस अवसर पर पड़रौना विधायक प्रतिनिधि श्री राम, सहित समस्त जिला पंचायत सदस्य, ब्लॉक प्रमुख, सहित मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा0 नरेंद्र गुप्ता, जिला विकास अधिकारी शेषनाथ चौहान,के साथ समस्त जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारी व जनप्रतिनिधि आदि उपस्थित रहे।
