जिलाधिकारी एस राजलिंगम ने अभियोजनअधिकारी एवं शासकीय अधिवक्ताओं को निर्देश दिए कि संगीन धाराओं के अपराधों और महिलाओं के प्रति अपराधों की पैरवी में कोई कसर बाकी न रखें। उन्होंने कहा कि संगीन धाराओं में किसी भी अपराधी की जिला स्तर पर बेल न होने पाए। उन्होंने कहा कि गवाह के पक्षद्रोही होने पर उसके विरूद्ध भी सुसंगत धाराओं में कार्यवाही की जाए।
श्री एस राजलिंगम आज कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में अभियोजन अधिकारियों के कार्यों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि वादों का निस्तारण मेरिट के आधार पर होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अपराधियों के विरूद्ध मुकदमों में किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि संगीन धाराओं में लम्बित मुकदमों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निस्तारित कराए। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि समय से गवाह पेश करने के साथ ही पैरवी में कोई लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि वादों के निस्तारण में लापरवाही न बरती जाये। । उन्होंने लम्बित वादों के सापेक्ष निस्तारण में काफी कमी पाये जाने पर असंतोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होने कहा कि आप सभी अपने-अपने दायित्वों का पूर्णतः निर्वहन करें। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सुनिशिचत किया जाए कि कोई भी अपराधी खुला नहीं घूमना चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि सभी के प्रयास होने चाहिए कि अपराधी जेल में ही रहें।

एंटी भू-माफिया की समीक्षा दौरान अपर जिलाधिकारी विंध्यवासिनी राय द्वारा जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया गया कि जनपद में विगत माह में जो भू माफिया चिन्हित किये गये थे वर्तमान में भी उतने ही हैं कोई बढोत्तरी नही हुई है, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए सभी एसडीएम को नए भू-माफियों को चिन्हित कर प्रभावी कार्यवाही किये जाने का निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने तालाबों के अतिक्रमण से सम्बंधित 38 मामलों के सम्बंध में निर्देशित किया कि आप सभी सछम अधिकारी हैं शिकायत मिलने बाद तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए अतिक्रमण मुक्त करें।
जिलाधिकारी एस राजलिंगम ने कर करेत्तर की समीक्षा दौरान पाया कि आबकारी विभाग द्वारा माह के लक्ष्य 11 करोड़ के सापेक्ष 12 करोड़ की उपलब्धि पाई गई, स्टैम्प रजिस्ट्रेशन अन्तर्गत इस माह 99 प्रतिशत की उपलब्धि के साथ 9 करोड़ 96 लाख का प्लस पाया गया।
परिवहन विभाग द्वारा राजस्व में लक्ष्य के सापेक्ष 40 प्रतिशत उपलब्धि पाए जाने पर कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त की गई साथ कार्यों में ढिलाई पाए जाने पर वेतन अवरुद्ध करने सहित स्पष्टीकरण का भी निर्देश दिए गए। जिलाधिकारी द्वारा पूर्व में दिए गए ओवरलोड गाड़ियों को ई चलान के सम्बंध में प्रगति/कार्यवाही में संतोषजनक नही पाए जाने पर आरआई/पीटीओ के माध्यम से प्रत्येक दिन 2-3घण्टे का समय देकर ई चालान हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
विद्दुत विभाग की समीक्षा दौरान वसूली में प्रगति कम पाए जाने पर सभी विभागों में लम्बित बिल भुगतान की शीघ्र भुगतान की कार्यवाही किये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। माइंस की समीक्षा दौरान अवैध बालू खनन के सम्बंध में सभी उप जिलाधिकारी को अभियान चलाकर कार्यवाही किये जाने सहित अधिक से अधिक कर वसूली की जाय,इसी प्रकार लोकल बॉडी अन्तर्गत सभी ईओ द्वारा कर वसूली की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गये।
