आज उ0प्र0 भवन एवं सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड निर्माण श्रमिकों के हितार्थ संचालित विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों का श्रमिक जागरूकता एवं हितलाभ वितरण समारोह का आयोजन मुख्य अतिथि श्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य, मा0 मंत्री श्रम सेवायोजन एवं समन्वय विभाग उ0प्र0 सरकार की अध्यक्षता में उदितनारायण स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय पडरौना के मैदान में सम्पन्न हुआ। कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ मुख्य अतिथि श्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य द्वारा दीप प्रज्जवलित कर किया गया, तत्पश्चात मा0 मंत्री जी श्री मौर्य के स्वागत में स्वागत गीत की प्रस्तुति भी की गयी।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि श्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य, मा0 मंत्री श्रम सेवायोजन एवं समन्वय विभाग उ0प्र0 द्वारा श्रम विभाग द्वारा श्रमिकों को विभिन्न हित लाभ योजना दिये जाने के साथ-साथ योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गयी। उन्होंने कहा कि आज यहां पर ऐसे निर्माण समिति को आमंत्रित किया गया है जिनको विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ दिया जाना है। हमारा संकल्प है कि सबका साथ, सबका विकास एवं सबका विश्वास के साथ हम निरन्तर कार्य करते रहें। हम यह भी जानते है कि यहां पर बैठे बहुत से लाभार्थी पूर्व में भी मा0 प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी जी एवं मा0 मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी जी द्वारा सचांलित विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ उठा चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बहुतों के घर में गैस चूल्हा सिलेण्डर पहुंचा, तो बहुतों के घर में शौचालय का निर्माण हुआ होगा, तो बहुत सी ऐसी बस्तियों में जहां अंधेरा छाया हुआ था, वहां पर बिजली पहुंची होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे बहुत से लोग हैं जिनके पास सिर छिपानें की जगह नही थी उनको प्रधानमंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ मिल रहा होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि मार्च तक हम निशुल्क पंजीकरण अभियान चला रहे हैं। वहीं, अब श्रमिकों को पंजीकरण कराने के लिए ठेकेदार के प्रमाण पत्र की जरूरत नहीं है। अब सीधा श्रमिक लिखकर दे देगा और हम पंजीकरण कर देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य अधिक से अधिक श्रमिकों के पंजीकरण का है। श्रमिकों के बच्चों को पढ़ाने के लिए तैयारी शुरू कर दी गयी है। उनका नाम अटल आवासीय विद्यालय रखा जाएगा। एक विद्यालय में एक हजार श्रमिकों के बच्चे पढ़ेंगे। 

इस अवसर पर निर्माण कामगार मृत्यु, विकलांगता सहायता एवं अक्षमता पेंशन येाजना 16 तथा निर्माण कामगार अन्त्येष्टि सहायता योजनान्तर्गत -13 लाभार्थी, कन्या विवाह सहायता योजना के 157- लाभार्थी, मातृत्व 76 शिशु 76 एवं बालिका मदद 48 योजनान्तर्गत — लाभार्थी, चिकित्सा सुविधा योजनान्तर्गत -12629 लाभार्थी, संत रविदास शिक्षा सहायता योजना साइकिल हितलाभ सहित 789/ मेधावी छात्र पुरस्कार योजना 08 , आवास योजना 01 लाभार्थियों को लाभान्वित किया गया।  जिसमे रुपये 56025558 का हितलाभ वितरित किया गया। इस अवसर पर मा0 राजेश्वर सिंह दर्जा प्राप्त राज्य मंत्री, विनय गौड़ जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष, कुशीनगर, अभय प्रताप सिंह सदस्य boc बोर्ड जिलाधिकारी कुशीनगर, अपर जिलाधिकारी कुशीनगर , असित कुमार सिंह उपश्रमायुक्त गोरखपुर, मनीष कुमार सिंह श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी पड़रौना, कुशीनगर , अमित सिंह श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी गोरखपुर जितेंद्र कुमार श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी महराजगंज , एवं भाजपा प्रतिनिधि ,श्रम विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं की विस्तृत रूप से जानकारी दी।
