गोरखपुर। पुलिस अधीक्षक उत्तरी मनोज अवस्थी ने उत्तरी सर्किल के सभी थानेदारों को निर्देश दिया है कि उत्तरी सर्किल के अंतर्गत किसी भी प्रकार के मादक पदार्थ व अवैध शराब कारोबार पर पूर्ण रूप से लगाम लगाया जाए अगर सर्किल के किसी भी थाना क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब निष्कर्षण करते हुए पाया जाता है तो थानेदार व चौकी प्रभारी तथा बीट प्रभारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। अभियान के दौरान अवैध शराब कारोबारियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही करें जिसमें कोई कोताही न बरते उत्तरी क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब पर रोक लगाने की प्रभावी कार्यवाही की जाए एवं दोषियों के विरूद्ध सख्त कदम उठाए जाए।
उन्होंने अवैध मदिरा व मादक पदार्थों की धरपकड़ एवं इसे रोकने का विशेष निरोधात्मक अभियान आबकारी विभाग से सामंजस बनाते हुए इसमें लिप्त लोगों को चिन्हीत करते हुए कार्यवाही करें आबकारी विभाग को समन्वय कर मदिरा के अवैध निर्माण उत्पादन परिवहन संग्रहण एवं बिक्री पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें। थानेदार अपने सूचना तंत्र को मजबूत करते हुये कार्य योजना बनाए। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी मदिरा दुकान या अनुज्ञाधारी एवं अन्य के द्वारा अवैध मदिरा संग्रहित होने या मदिरा बोतलों से छेड़छाड़ कर टेम्परिंग करने पर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाए। अवैध मदिरा की रोकथाम के लिए मदिरा बाहुल्य वाले गांव को चिन्हित कर उक्त गांव में अवैध गतिविधियों में लिप्त लोगों के बारे में सूचना एकत्रित कर सम्पूर्ण डाटा बेस तैयार किया जाए और उनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जाए। जिससे मादक पदार्थों व अवैध शराब कारोबारियों पर पूर्ण रूप से अंकुश लग सके।
