खड्डा कुशीनगर- खड्डा तहसील प्रांगण में में आज दिनांक 19 फरवरी 2021 दिन शुक्रवार को कलेक्ट्रेट बार एसोसिएशन संघ का शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। जिसके मुख्य अतिथि माननीय सांसद कुशीनगर विजय कुमार दुबे और विशिष्ट अतिथि माननीय विधायक खड्डा जटाशंकर त्रिपाठी रहे. कार्यक्रम को सर्वप्रथम मां भारती व मां सरस्वती जी के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर दीप प्रज्वलित किया गया । ज्ञान ज्योति विद्या मंदिर के बालिकाओं द्वारा मां सरस्वती बंदना और स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। उसके बाद सांसद , विधायक , पूर्व विधायक दीप लाल भारती , उप जिलाधिकारी खड्डा अरविंद कुमार, तहसीलदार डॉ. संजीव कुमार राय, डॉ. नीलेश मिश्रा पूर्व नगर अध्यक्ष खड्डा, वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता सी.एम.लाल श्रीवास्तव, भानु प्रताप पांडेय,पूर्वी डी.डी.सी. सुरेंद्र मिश्रा ,वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता किशोर यादव को शाल ओढ़ाकर तथा माल्यार्पण कर स्वागत अभिनंदन किया गया। राजकुमार तुलस्यान जी,रमाकांत तिवारी व्यास जी मिश्रा, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार हरिशंकर गुप्ता , ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष प्रधान संघ प्रद्युम्न तिवारी , प्रधान संजय राव, आदि को माल्यार्पण कर अभिनंदन किया गया। इसके बाद संबोधन राजकुमार तुलस्यान वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता, किशोर यादव, रमाकांत तिवारी, ब्यास मिश्रा, उप जिलाधिकारी खड्डा अरविंद कुमार, पूर्व विधायक दीपलाल भारती, डॉ नीलेश मिश्रा ने सभी को संबोधित करते हुए अभिवादन किए। इसके बाद शपथ ग्रहण का कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किया गया जिसमें नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष बिपिन बिहारी लाल श्रीवास्तव, उपाध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार यादव, मंत्री रामाश्रय प्रसाद तथा कार्यकारिणी सदस्य पूर्व अध्यक्ष बार एसोसिएशन भानु प्रताप पांडेय, ज्योतिर्मय मालवीय, अखिलेश पांडे, मोहन कुशवाहा, सतीश मद्धेशिया, अशोक दीक्षित, पीके मिश्रा आदि अधिवक्ताओं को विधिवत सांसद विजय दुबे द्वारा पद एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलायी गई. शपथ ग्रहण समाप्त होने के बाद विशिष्ट अतिथि विधायक जटाशंकर त्रिपाठी द्वारा संबोधन किया गया तदुपरांत माननीय सांसद विजय दुबे के द्वारा किया गया. अंत में नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष बिपिन बिहारी लाल श्रीवास्तव द्वारा सभी आगंतुक का स्वागत अभिनंदन किया गया। तहसील बार एसोसिएशन खड्डा का चुनाव विगत महीने 10 नवंबर 2020 को संपन्न हुआ था लेकिन खरमास होने के कारण आज दिनांक 19 फरवरी 2021 को शपथ ग्रहण किया गया।
नवनिर्वाचित बार संघ इस प्रकार हैं। तहसील बार एसोसिएशन खड्डा के अध्यक्ष बिपिन बिहारी लाल श्रीवास्तव, उपाध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार यादव, महामंत्री रामाश्रय प्रसाद सदस्य मोहन कुशवाहा ज्योतिर्मय मालवीय सतीश मद्धेशिया अखिलेश पांडे अशोक दीक्षित पीके मिश्रा हीरालाल कुशवाहाआदि अधिवक्तागण रहे। जिसमें तहसील परिसर के समस्त अधिकारी, कर्मचारी स्टांप विक्रेता ,मुंशी और समस्त अधिवक्ता गण तथा राजस्व निरीक्षक , राजस्व लेखपाल आदि लोग शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में उपस्थित रहे और क्षेत्र से गणमान्य लोग भी उपस्थित रहे।
