जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी विमलेश कुमार ने जनपद के समस्त गैर सहायतित मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों के रजिस्ट्रेशन http//rte25.upsdc.gov.in के सम्बंध में अवगत कराया है कि इस वर्ष निःशुल्क एवं अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा अधिकार के अन्तर्गत आर0टी0ई0 पोर्टल में कार्य को सुचारू से चलाने के लिये एन0आई0सी0 द्वारा कुछ नए माॅडयूल जोड़े जा रहे है। इन माॅडयूल में से एक स्कूल माॅडयूल है। इस माॅडयूल में शहरी व ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों के विद्यालय पोर्टल पर स्वयं को रजिस्टर करेगा। विद्यालय को यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड जेनरेट करना होगा तथा अपना विवरण पोर्टल पर अंकित करना होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि विद्यालयों को पोर्टल पर स्वयं को रजिस्टर करना अनिवार्य है। जो विद्यालय पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर नही होगा, वह विद्यालय फीस प्रतिपूर्ति के लिये पात्र नही होगा। उन्होंने समस्त विद्यालयो को इस प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने हेतु एक यूजर मैन्युअल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है जो की उनकी लाॅगिन से सलंग्न होगा। इस कार्य को सुचारू और त्रुटिरहित रूप से पूर्ण किये जाने हेतु समस्त निजी विद्यालयों द्वारा आर0टी0ई0 पोर्टल पर अपनी समस्त जानकारी को “SCHOOL LOGIN” टैब के अन्दर जाकर विवरण दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2020 से 25 फरवरी, 2021 के बीच प्रत्येक दशा में पूर्ण किया जाना है। इसमे किसी प्रकार की शिथिलता बरते जाने पर सम्बन्धित विद्यायल की मान्यता समाप्ति की कार्यवाही कर दी जायेगी। विद्यायल द्वारा संशय, प्रश्न अथवा समस्या की स्थिति में जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय/पटल सहायक मो0न0 8382018514 से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर दूर किया जा सकता हैं।
उन्होने समस्त खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि आर0टी0ई0 पोर्टल पर अपनी जानकारी को “SCHOOL LOGIN” टैब के जाकर विवरण दिनांक 20 दिसम्बर, 2020 से 25 फ़रवरी, 2021 की बीच प्रत्येक दशा मे पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करें। कार्य अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण है शिथिलता क्षम्य नही होगी।
