रामकोला थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम पंचायत विजयपुर मे जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर ग्राम सभा के भूमि पर हुये कब्जे को हटाने गई पुलिस व राजस्व टीम के कार्यवाही से सदमे आने से कब्जा धारक के लड़के को अटैक आने से भड़के ग्रामीणों के आक्रोश देख कर टीम जेसीबी छोड़ मौके से भाग गई।
ग्राम सभा विजयपुर की प्रधान मालती सिंह ने 22 बी के तहत कोर्ट के शिकायत दर्ज करायी थी की उनके ग्राम सभा में कुछ लोगों ने ग्राम पंचायत के भूमि पर अबैध कब्ज़ा कर लिया है।कोर्ट के आदेश पर जिलाधिकारी ने 25 फरवरी को राजस्व विभाग को पत्र जारी कर हुए कार्यवाही का आख्या प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश जारी किया गया।रविवार को कानूनगो कृष्णमोहन यादव पुलिस बल व राजस्व टीम के साथ खागीटोला मे पहुंच ग्राम सभा के भूमि पर घर बनाये इंनर कुशवाहा के घर मे रखें सामानों को बाहर निकलवा जेसीबी मशीन से तोड़ने की कार्यवाही शुरू किया गया तो कब्जा धारके ने दो दिन की मोहलत दिये जाने का निवेदन किया जाने लगा लेकिन उसके याचना को दरकिनार कर कार्यवाही किया जाने लगा।यह देख इंनर के लड़के चंद्रेश्वर उम्र 35 वर्ष की सदमे के चलते अटैक आने से मुर्क्षित हो कर गिर गया।जिससे मौके पर अफरातफरी का माहौल बन गया।युवक के मुर्क्षित होने की जानकारी पर जुटे ग्रामीणों के आक्रोश को देख कर राजस्व टीम जेसीबी मशीन छोड़ मौके से खीस गई।वहीं परिजन युवक को इलाज के लिए जिला अस्पताल लेते गये जहां पर इलाज चल रहा है युवक मुर्क्षित अवस्था में है।कब्जा धारक इंनर कुशवाहा का कहना है की यह जमीन गांव के ही एक व्यक्ति से 10 वर्ष पहले खरीदा था।उसका आरोप है की उसे बगैर नोटिस दिये प्रधान पति के मौजूदगी में ही कब्जा हटवाया जा रहा था।इस सम्बंध में कानूनगो कृष्णमोहन यादव का कहना है की जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर कार्यवाही के लिए टीम पहुची थीं।कब्जा धारक को नोटिस तालीम कराया गया था।
