खड्डा/ कुशीनगर – थाना खड्डा अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत तुर्कहां के चौराहे पर स्थित ओम बिल्डिंग मटेरियल के प्रो॰ शिव कुमार प्रजापति निवासी सोहरौना का अपने निजी मकान में छड़, गिट्टी, सीमेंट का दुकान चलाते हैं तथा ग्राहकों का मटेरियल पहुंचाने के लिए एक ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली रखे हैं। 
जिसकी बैटरी विगत रात चोरों द्वारा चोरी हो गया जिसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में थाना खड्डा को लिखित तहरीर दे दिये है। तहरीर में उक्त फर्म प्रो॰ के द्वारा दर्शाया गया है कि हमारे दुकान से विगत दिनों इसी ट्रैक्टर का गियर बॉक्स चोरी हो गया तथा कभी गिट्टी तो कभी मोरंगबालू जो बाहर ही रहता है उसे कुछ मनबड़ किस्म के लोग रात में सुनसान देख उठा ले जाते हैं तथा एक बार तो हमारे दुकान के दिवार पर जान से मारने का भी लिखा गया था। इससे मैं बहुत तंग आकर आज इन सभी बातों को लेकर तथा ट्रैक्टर की बैटरी चोरी व दुकान के ताले को भी तोड़ने का भी प्रयास किया गया था।इन सभी को लिखित तहरीर दिया हूं। जिसमें थानाध्यक्ष खड्डा के द्वारा आश्वासन मिला है की आपका जांच कर दोषी व्यक्तियों के ऊपर कारवाई किया जाएगा।
