आज दिनांक 13/03/2021दिन शनिवार को शनि सिगंणा मंदिर भूमि पूजन व मदरहवाँ पुल का शिलान्यास उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य द्वारा किया गया व 101 परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास जिसकी लागत 276 करोड़ 10 लाख रुपये व लंबाई 194 कि.मी का कुशीनगर के विकास के लिए सौगातों का अंम्बार मिला। उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य का क्षेत्र के भाजपा नेताओं ने फूल माला देकर व पहना कर जोरदार स्वागत किया. आप को बताते चलें कि कुशीनगर जनपद के विधानसभा 329 खड्डा के ग्राम पंचायत रामपुर गोनहा में शनि सिगंणा मंदिर के भूमि पूजन का विधिवत पूजन अर्चन कर शिलान्यास व 101 परियोजनाओं का रिमोट दबाकर लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास उत्तर प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री/लोक निर्माण विभाग मंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य द्वारा किया गया. पूजन कार्यक्रम में विजय कुमार दुबे, जटाशंकर त्रिपाठी, प्रेमचंद्र मिश्रा, मार्तण्ड त्रिपाठी आदि ने किया. विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण के बाद जनसभा में लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महात्मा बुद्ध की धरती में आनंद की अनुभूति होती है । इस जनपद के विकास हेतु पिछली सरकारों द्वारा ठोस रणनीति के साथ कार्य नही किया गया, मा0 प्रधानमंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री के कुशल निर्देशन में प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में बिना भेदभाव के कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, जन धन योजना, कोरोना काल मे सभी के खातों में 500 सौ रुपये, उज्ज्वला योजना , निः शुल्क राशन,सहित किसान सम्मान योजना के तहत सभी खातों में पैसे पहुंचाने का कार्य किया गया । उन्होंने इसी प्रकार शौचालय, आवास,तथा अब गांवों में लगातार 15-16 घण्टे बिजली देने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। सड़क निर्माण के सम्बंध में उन्होंने कहा कि सभी तहसीलों, ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों को पक्की सड़क के माध्यम से जोड़ने का कार्य उ0प्र0 सरकार ने किया, उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने अवैध भूमि कब्जेधारियों से मुक्त कराने का कार्य सरकार ने किया है उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में विकास की गंगा बह रही है जमीनी स्तर पर सड़क बनवाने का कार्य, खिलाड़ियों, शहीद हुये जवानों के सम्मान में उनके घरों तक सड़क बनवाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।
मा0 उप मुख्य मंत्री ने कहा कि भाजपा की पार्टी किसी व्यक्ति की पार्टी नही है बल्कि ये पार्टी जनता की पार्टी है आप की अपनी पार्टी है। उन्होंने कहा कि मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जी के अगुवाई में प्रदेश में गरीबों/,मजलुमो/ विमारो के लिये अनेकों योजनाएं संचालित कर निरन्तर लोगों भलाई का कार्य कर रही है, उन्होंने आयुष्मान योजना की सम्बन्ध में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि अब कोई गरीब इलाज के अभाव में दम नही तोड़ेगा, उन्होंने जनता को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि आप को जब भी कोई कार्य हो पार्टी कार्यकर्ता के माध्यम से अवगत कराएं निश्चित रूप से आप की परेशानी से छुटकारा मिलेगा।
मा0 उप मुख्य मंत्री ने कुशीनगर में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि पर्यटन के क्षेत्र व अन्य सभी छेत्रों में कुशीनगर का विकास हो रहा है और भविष्य में कार्ययोजना तैयार की जा रही है जिससे अधिक से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार से जोड़ा जा सके।
मा0 सांसद विजय कुमार दुबे ने इस अवसर पर जनपद में हुए विकास कार्यों/ उ0 प्र0 सरकार के चार साल की उपलब्धियों के सम्बंध में जानकारी देते हुए मा0 प्रधानमंत्री जी एवं मुख्यमंत्री जी को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया गया जो उन्होंने इस पिछड़े इलाके के लिये योजना के माध्यम से विकास करने का कार्य किया। तो वहीं विधायक जटाशंकर त्रिपाठी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आज 4 सालों के अवसर पर जो खड्डा विधानसभा को लंदन बनाने की बात कही थी. अयोध्या से लेकर काशी तक काशी के बाद पटना के गांधी सेतु से बाल्मीकि नगर तक पानी की जहाज चलने की कल्पना शुरू हो गई है. रेता के उस पार दो जिला, दो तहसील, दो विकासखंड को जोड़कर एक जिला, एक तहसील, एक विकासखंड के स्वरूप में जोड़ दिया गया है.
इस कार्यक्रम में सांसद कुशीनगर विजय कुमार दुबे, क्षेत्रीय विधायक जटाशंकर त्रिपाठी, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा प्रेम चन्द मिश्रा, हाटा विधायक पवन केडिया, फाजिल नगर के वरिष्ठ विधायक विधायक गंगा सिंह कुशवाहा, कसया विधायक रजनीकांत त्रिपाठी, सिसवा विधानसभा विधायक प्रेम सागर पटेल, भाजपा नेता विवेकानंद पांडे, भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष चंद्र प्रकाश तिवारी, धर्मेंद्र राव, संजय हमदर्द,

आदि मंचासीन नेता सहित क्षेत्र की सम्मानित हजारों जनता व राजकुमार यादव, जितेंद्र सिंह, राजू गुप्ता, रामसहाय दुबे, आलोक तिवारी, अखिलेश उपाध्याय व सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में कुशीनगर अपर जिलाधिकारी विंध्यवासिनी राय, एसपी व एएसपी कुशीनगर, एसडीएम खड्डा अरविंद कुमार, तहसीलदार खड्डा संजीव राय, थानाध्यक्ष खड्डा रामकृष्ण यादव कांस्टेबल बाबूलाल तथा जिले के आलाधिकारी इस सभा में उपस्थित रहे जिसमें पुलिस विभाग के चार थानों के थानाध्यक्ष, एसआई तथा पुलिसकर्मी व महिला पुलिसकर्मी तैनात रहे. फायर ब्रिगेड, स्काट पुलिस, एंबुलेंस तथा सीएमओ कुशीनगर व खड्डा प्रभारी चिकित्साअधिकारी , लेखपाल, चौकीदार, होमगार्ड आदि सभी लोग अपने अपने ड्यूटी पर तैनात रहे।
