जनपद कुशीनगर में अपराध एवं अपराधियों के विरुद्ध चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में आज दिनांक 23.03.2021 को थाना पडरौना पुलिस टीम द्वारा पुलिस कस्टडी से फरार 75 हजार का इनामियां अभियुक्त मो0 आशिफ पुत्र रईशुद्दीन सा0 बाबरपुर थाना अजीतमल जनपद औरैया (उत्तर प्रदेश) को गिरफ्तार किया गया। उक्त अभियुक्त थाना तरयासुजान के मु0अ0सं0 232/19 धारा 3/5A/8 गोवध निवारण अधि0 व 11 पशु क्रुरता अधि0 में गिरफ्तार होकर जिला कारागार देवरिया भेजा जा रहा था कि सिपाहियों को चकमा देकर फरार हो गया था। तब से फरार चल रहा था। जिस कारण अभियुक्त उपरोक्त पर 75 हजार का ईनाम श्रीमान अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक गोरखपुर जोन गोरखपुर के द्वारा घोषित किया गया था, जिसे आज मुखबिर की सूचना पर थाना कोतवाली पडरौना, स्वाट व सर्विलांस की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा खिरिया टोला के आगे बड़ी नहर के पुलिया के पास से घेराबन्दी कर अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार कर उसके कब्जे से एक अदद पिस्टल व एक अदद जिन्दा कारतूस 7.65 के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया। बरामदगी व गिरफ्तारी के आधार पर थाना कोतवाली पडरौना पर अन्तर्गत मु0अ0सं0 143/21 धारा 3/25 आर्म्स एक्ट पंजीकृत कर आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त उपरोक्त के विरुद्ध जनपद इटावा व जनपद औरेया व मध्यप्रदेश मे भी मुकदमें पंजीकृत है।
