सूचना का स्रोत –वादी द्वारा जरिये दुरभाष स्वंय की नाबालिग लड़की के साथ दुष्कर्म की सूचना डायल 112 नम्बर पर दी गयी
उपरोक्त सूचना पर अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक, श्रीमान क्षेत्राधिकारी कसया, निरीक्षक कप्तानगंज द्वारा घटना स्थल निरीक्षण किया गया।
घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण- पीडिता बच्ची अपनी बड़ी बहन के साथ अपने घर पर थी, आरोपी उसी घर में पेन्टिंग का काम कर रहा था, उसी दौरान घटना कारित कर फरार हो गया था। पुलिस द्वारा बच्ची को इलाज हेतु जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया है, जहां पर उसकी स्थिति सामान्य है।
प्रकरण में तत्काल मु0अ0सं0 124/21 धारा 376 ए बी भादवि व 5बी/6 पाक्सो एक्ट बनाम परशुराम साहनी पुत्र नन्दलाल साहनी पंजीकृत कर अग्रिम विवेचनात्मक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
गिरफ्तारी / बरामदगी- अभियुक्त परशुराम साहनी पुत्र नन्दलाल साहनी उपरोक्त को गिरफ्तार कर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
घायल /पीड़िता- कु0… उम्र- 3 वर्ष।
शान्ति व्यवस्था की स्थिति- मौके पर शान्ति व्यवस्था कायम है।
