जिला मजिस्ट्रेट/जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी(पंचायत) एस राजलिंगम द्वारा निर्गत किये गए निर्वाचन अधिसूचना के क्रम में कुनाल कुमार निर्वाचन अधिकारी क्षेत्र पंचायत मोतीचक ने समस्त ग्राम पंचायत सदस्य,प्रधान तथा समस्त सदस्य क्षेत्र पंचायत के पदों का निर्वाचन समय सारिणी जारी किया है।
निर्वाचन अधिकारी क्षेत्रपंचायत मोतीचक ने बताया किप्रत्याशियों के नामांकन हेतु तिथि 17 अप्रैल से 18 अप्रैल, 2021 को समय पूर्वान्ह 8 बजे से अपरान्ह् 5 बजे तक नियत किया गया है। नामांकन पत्रों की संवीक्षा 19 अप्रैल से 20 अप्रैल तक पूर्वान्ह 8 बजे से कार्य की समाप्त तक किया जायेगा। उम्मीदवारी वापसी 21 अप्रैल को पूर्वान्ह् 8 बजे से अपरान्ह् 3 बजे तक लिया जा सकेगा। इसके उपरान्त इसी दिन प्रतीक आवंटन अपराहन 3 बजे से कार्य की समाप्त तक होगा। मतदान 29 अप्रैल दिन गुरुवार पूर्वान्ह 7 बजे से अपरान्ह् *6* बजे तक सम्पन्न होगा। मतगणना 02 मई, को पूर्वान्ह ् 8 बजे से कार्य की समाप्ति तक होगा।
निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित और निर्देशित निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया उपर्युक्त निर्वाचन में अपनाई जाएगी तथा उपर्युक्त समय सारणी के मध्य पड़ने वाले सार्वजनिक अवकाश दिवसों में भी सम्बन्धित कार्यालय खुले रहेंगे,व समय सारिणी अनुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
