जिलाधिकारी ने सभी तैयारियों को पूर्ण करते हुए प्रभावी तरीके से गेहॅू क्रय किये जाने का दिया निर्देश

गेहॅू क्रय कार्य 01 अप्रैल से 15 जून तक होगा सम्पादित

जनपद में स्थापित किये गये है 55 गेहूॅ क्रय केन्द्र

जिलाधिकारी एस राजलिंगम ने कलक्ट्रेट सभागार में गेहूँ खरीद कार्यशाला रबी विपणन वर्ष 2021-22 की बैठक केन्द्र प्रभारियो एवं संबंधित विभागो के साथ करते हुए कहा कि आगामी 01 अप्रैल से शुरु होने वाले गेहूॅ क्रय को प्रभावी तरीके से सभी जुडे अधिकारी व केन्द्र प्रभारी इसे सुनिश्चित करेगें। साथ ही कृषको को गेहूॅ का भुगतान निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर उनके बैंक खातो में अनिवार्य रुप से करेगें। विशेष परिस्थितियों में खरीद के 72 घंटे के अन्दर भुगतान की कार्यवाही होनी चाहिये। किसी भी दशा में इससे अधिक समय भुगतान में नही लगना चाहिये, अन्यथा कार्यवाही तय होगी।
जिलाधिकारी ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि सभी केन्द्रो पर बोरा क्रय उपकरण आदि की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कर लिया जाये। किसी भी कृषक को गेहूॅ विक्रय में किसी भी प्रकार का कोई कठिनायी नही होनी चाहिये, अन्यथा इसकी जिम्मेदारी तय की जायेगी। गेहूॅ क्रय 01 अप्रैल से 15 जून तक सम्पादित होगा तथा कृषको का आनलाइन पंजीकरण 01 मार्च से ही शुरु है।
जिलाधिकारी ने यह भी बताया कि गेहॅू खरीद का मूल्य रु0 1975/- प्रति कुन्तल निर्धारित है। जनपद में 55 गेहॅू क्रय केन्द्र स्वीकृत है,। गेहूँ क्रय केन्द्रो का समय प्रातः 9.00 बजे से सांय 6.00 बजे तक खोलने हेतु निर्धारित है। वर्तमान में 4 क्रय एजेन्सी यथा-खाद्य विभाग, पी0सी0एफ0 पी0सी0यू0, यू0पी०एस०एस० एवं भारतीय खाद्य निगम द्वारा गेहूँ क्रय किया जायेगा। रविवार एवं राजपत्रित अवकाशों को छोड़कर, शेष कार्य दिवसों में गेहूँ क्रय केन्द्र खुले रहेंगे। गेहूँ क्रय केन्द्रों पर गेहूँ की बिक्री हेतु कृषक को खाद्य विभाग के पोर्टल www.fcs.up.gov.in पर पंजीकरण कराना अनिवार्य होगा। पंजीकरण आधार संख्या एवं पंजीकरण के समय कृषक द्वारा दर्ज मोबाइल नम्बर पर प्रेषित ओ०टी०पी० के आधार पर किया जायेगा। किसान द्वारा पंजीकरण के समय अपने पंजीकरण प्रपत्र में परिवार के नामित सदस्य का विवरण एवं आधार नम्बर फीड कराना अनिवार्य होगा। जिलाधिकारी ने कृषको से अपने गेहूॅ विक्रय हेतु पूर्व से ही पंजीकरण कराये जाने की अपेक्षा की है, ताकि उन्हे किसी प्रकार का कोई दिक्कत गेहूॅ बिक्रय के लिये न उठाना पडे।
गेहूॅ क्रय केन्द्रो पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु सभी उप जिलाधिकारी को नोडल अधिकारी नामित करते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने समस्त क्रय एजेन्सियों के प्रभारी गण को बैनर ,पेय जल, सहित सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करते हुए बिना ठोस कारण के कृषकों को वापस नही करने की हिदायत दी गई। जिलाधिकारी ने सभी क्रय केंद्रों के प्रभारियों को कोविड-19 के संदर्भ में आवश्यक सतर्कता बरते जाने का निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में जॉइंट मजिस्ट्रेट कसया पूर्ण बोरा, समस्त उप जिलाधिकारी के साथ डिप्टी आरएमओ विनय प्रताप सिंह,सहित केन्द्र प्रभारी गण व संबंधित विभागो व क्रय एजेन्सियो के अधिकारी गण आदि उपस्थित रहे।
