आगामी त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव के दृष्टिगत श्रीमान् पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर श्री सचिन्द्र पटेल के निर्देशन व अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर के पर्यवेक्षण व क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर के नेतृत्व में अवैध शराब बिक्री/निष्कर्षण/ परिवहन के विरुध्द चलाये जा रहे अभियान के क्रम में दिनांक 08.04.2021 को स्वाट टीम व थाना कुबेरस्थान की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा मुखबिर की सूचना पर कठकुईयां मोड़ के पास अवैध शराब की फैक्ट्री पर दविश दी गयी मौके से 02 अभियुक्तों 1. राहुल राय पुत्र स्व0 प्रभु राय सा0 चौपथिया थाना तरयासुजान जनपद कुशीनगर, 2. कुन्दन कुमार गुप्ता पुत्र लक्ष्मण प्रसाद गुप्ता सा0 करमपट्टी थाना तरयासुजान जनपद कुशीनगर को गिरफ्तार किया गया। तथा मौके से 2000 रैपर बन्टी बब्ली व 2000 ढक्कन जस्ता, वारकोड एक बण्डल में कुल 1985, प्लास्टिक की खाली शीशी 200 ML कुल 150 अदद, काँच की 180 ML की खाली शीशी कुल 17 अदद, ढक्कन प्लास्टिक का 196 अदद, सील करने वाला ढक्कन 215 अदद, दो प्लास्टिक की पिपिया मे रखा कुल 20 लीटर स्प्रीट व 02 मोटर साइकिल बरामद किया गया है। बरामदगी व गिरफ्तारी के आधार पर मु0अ0सं0 64/2021 धारा 419/420/467/468/471/272 भादवि0 60/72 आबकारी अधि0 व 54/64 कापीराईटस एक्ट में अभियोग पंजीकृत कर विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
