जिलाधिकारी संजय कुमार खत्री ने शासन के निर्देश के क्रम में बताया कि जनपद में कोविड-19 संक्रमण के निरंतर बढ़ती हुई मरीजों की संख्या के दृष्टिगत जनपद में सेक्टर व्यवस्था लागू कर मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि कोविड-19 से संक्रमित होम आइसोलेशन के मरीजों को दवाईया व किट इत्यादि के वितरण हेतु जनपद को जोन में विभक्त कर जोनल अधिकारी तैनात किए गए हैं।
इसी क्रम में जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट 1- तहसील पडरौना में उप जिलाधिकारी, पडरौना कोमल यादव, तहसील कसया में उप जिलाधिकारी राकेश कुमार सिंह, तहसील हाटा में उप जिलाधिकारी प्रमोद कुमार तिवारी,
तहसील तमकुहीराज में उप जिलाधिकारी ए0 आर0 फारूकी, तहसील खड्डा में उप जिलाधिकारी अरविंद कुमार, तहसील कप्तानगंज में उप जिलाधिकारी देशदीपक सिंह, को जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट नामित किये गए हैं।

जिलाधिकारी ने सभी जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट/ सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट को निर्देशित किया है कि अपने-अपने अधिकारिता क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत पड़ने वाले ग्रामों के ग्राम निगरानी समिति तथा नगरीय निकाय के मोहल्ला निगरानी समितियो की सतत संपर्क में रहेंगे तथा कोविड-19 से प्रभावित मरीज, जो होम आइसोलेशन में रह रहे हैं, को स्वास्थ्य विभाग के माध्यम से प्रदान की जा रही दवाइयों की होम किट का नि:शुल्क वितरण सुनिश्चित कराएंगे। यदि होम आइसोलेशन में रह रहे किसी मरीज की स्थिति गंभीर है तो उसे तत्काल ग्रह संबंधित पी0एस0सी / सी0एस0सी0 कोविड-19 भर्ती कराने की कार्यवाही की जायेगी। तथा उपरोक्त जोनल/ सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट अपने-अपने क्षेत्र अधिकार के अंतर्गत पड़ने वाले सी0एस0सी0/ पी0एस0सी0 के प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी से सतत संपर्क बनाए रखेंगे और यह निगरानी रखेंगे स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा भी मरीजों को उचित इलाज प्रदान किया जा रहा है या नहीं यदि किसी मरीज को इलाज अथवा दवा न मिलने की शिकायत प्राप्त हो तो वह संबंधित जोन/ सेक्टर में पढ़ने पी0एच0सी0/सी0एच्0सी0 प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी अथवा मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, कुशीनगर एन0के0 गुप्ता मो0 न0 8005192674 पर संपर्क करें इलाज का नि:शुल्क वितरण एवं अन्य समस्याओं का समाधान तत्काल कराया जाए। इसमें किसी भी स्तर पर कोई लापरवाही क्षम्य में नहीं होगी।
