आपको बताते चले कि उत्तर प्रदेश में त्रिस्तरीय चुनाव सम्पन्न हो चुका है,बीते कुछ दिन पहले मुख्यमंत्री के गृह जनपद के नई बाजार का मामला सामने आया था जहाँ विजयी प्रत्याशियों को हराकर सर्टिफिकेट हारे हुए प्रत्याशी को मिला जहाँ उग्र आंदोलन के बाद जब जांच हुई तो मामला सत्य साबित हुआ,और दोनों जीते हुए प्रत्याशी को न्याय मिला कुछ ऐसा ही मामला वार्ड नं 32 में देखने को मिल रहा है, एक तरफ चुनाव की मतगणना हो चुकी है,मतगणना के दौरान एक बहुत ही आश्चर्य जनक मामला देखने को मिला की जब वार्ड न 32 का रिजल्ट आया तो वहाँ से रत्ना शुक्ल पत्नी जगदम्बा शुक्ल विजयी घोषित हुई थी जो समाचार पत्र में व कई सारे न्यूज चैनल में भी प्रकाशित हो रहा था ,

परन्तु कुछ देर बाद पता चला कि जीत का सर्टिफिकेट किसी और को दे दिया गया , साथ ही इन्हें बताया गया कि यह 67 मतों से चुनाव हार चुके है, जिसके बाद खास बात चीत में जगदम्बा शुक्ल ने बताया कि उनके साथ आर०ओ० महोदय के निष्पक्ष तरीके से कार्य न करने के कारण यह गड़बड़ी हुई , आर ओ महोदय के दबंगई से यह मामला हुआ है,

वही इस मामले को लेकर जब उन्होंने शासन प्रसाशन को अवगत कराने की कोशिश की परन्तु इनकी बात सुनने को तैयार नही,वही आगे बात चीत में उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने जिला अधिकारी गोरखपुर व सीडीओ व मुख्यमंत्री को ऑन लाइन प्रार्थना पत्र पुनः मतगणना के लिए दिया है, साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कार्यवाही नही हुई, तो वार्ड नं 32 की सम्मानित जनता के साथ वह शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से धरना देने को बाध्य होंगे।
