डाक टाइम्स ।कुशीनगर जिले के विकासखंड नेबुआ नौरंगिया के ग्राम सभा देवगांव में नाली की साफ सफाई न होने से गंदगी से भरी पड़ी है इससे संक्रामक बीमारियां भी फैल रही है। जिससे लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। और प्रधानमंत्री जी का स्वच्छ भारत मिशन अभियान इस गांव में फेल नजर आता दिख रहा है। 
सरकार स्वच्छता के नाम पर लाखों रूपये खर्च कर गांव में नाली , शौचालय , शुद्ध पेय जल आदि की व्यवस्था भले ही कर रही है । लेकिन उसका लाभ आम जनता तक नही पहुंच पा रहा है । देश व प्रदेश में स्वच्छ भारत मिशन योजना के तहत गांव एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों को गंदगी से मुक्त साफ-स्वच्छ रखने के प्रति शासन द्वारा पानी की तरह पैसा बहाया जा रहा है, इसके बावजूद ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बजबजाती नालियां सफाई व्यवस्था की पोल खोलती नजर आ रहीं हैं। ग्राम पंचायत देवगांव साफ-सफाई के मामले में फिसड्डे साबित हो रहा हैं। जहां नालियों का पानी सड़क पर बह रहा है जिससे राहगीरों को दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, तो वहीं नालियों का गंदा पानी जो सड़क पर बाहन चालकों के लिये भी मुसीबत का सबब बन रहा है। कीचड़ युक्त नाली का पानी रास्ते पर आने से कई वाहन सवार आवाजाही के दौरान फिसलन से चोटहिल हो चुके हैं। और यहां की नालियों पर अतिक्रमण भी है। बावजूद जिम्मेदारी अधिकारी, ग्राम प्रधान इस गंभीर समस्या को नजरअंदाज कर रहे हैं। जबकि उस ग्राम सभा के प्रधान का उसी रास्ते आवाजाही होता है। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि यहां पर अगर नाली को साफ किया जाता है तो नाली से निकले कचरे को नाली के पास ही छोड़ दिया जाता है नतीजा यह होता है कि कभी बारिश होने से युक्त कचड़ा बारिश के पानी के साथ पुनः उसी नाले में चला जाता है। जानकारी के लिए आपको बताते चलें कि नेबुआ नौरंगिया के ग्राम सभा देवगांव में नाली साफ सफाई का कार्य उत्तर प्रदेश के कुशीनगर जनपद में हो रहे पंचायती चुनाव के पहले हुआ था उसके बाद प्रधान ने वर्चुअल बैठक कर शपथ ग्रहण भी कर किया लेकिन अभी तक इस नाले की साफ सफाई नहीं हुई और गंदगी के कारण नाली विकास कार्यों को मुंह चिढ़ा रहा है।
