डाक टाइम्स कुशीनगर। दिनांक-06.07.2021 कि बीती रात्रि को पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर सचिन्द्र पटेल द्वारा थाना रामकोला का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण कर थाना कार्यालय में रखे अभिलेखों यथा अपराध रजिस्टर व आगंतुक रजिस्टर व त्यौहार रजिस्टर तथा अन्य अभिलेखों का अवलोकन किया गया तथा उक्त अभिलेखों को अद्यावधिक करने एवं उचित रख रखाव हेतु द्वारा थानाध्यक्ष को निर्देशित किया गया।
आगंतुक रजिस्टर में अंकित शिकायतों के विषय में जानकारी लेने के उपरान्त उनके निस्तारण की स्थितियों के संबंध में पूछताछ की गयी। पुलिस कर्मियों को थाने में आने वाले आगंतुकों के साथ शालीनता पूर्वक विनम्र व्यवहार करने व उनकी समस्याओं को सुनकर तत्काल उन पर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया। महिला हेल्प डेस्क पर महिला आरक्षियों को फरियादियों से अच्छे व्यवहार करने व उनकी समस्याओं को सुनकर गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण हेतु दिशा निर्देश दिये गये साथ ही साथ यह भी निर्देशित किया गया कि महिला हेल्पडेस्क व जनसुनवाई हेतु प्राप्त शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्रों को शीघ्रता पूर्वक निस्तारण करे और पीड़ित/पीड़िता को शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र रसीद दी जाए साथ ही साथ यह भी बताया गया कि शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र प्राप्त होने पर आवश्यकतानुसार पी.आर.वी. को इवेन्ट बनाकर उन्हें देकर मौके पर भेजकर समस्या का शत् प्रतिशत निस्तारण कराया जाय तथा अंकित बीट सूचना की तत्काल संबंधित उप निरीक्षकों से जांच कराकर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करते हुए रजिस्टर को अपडेट करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया तथा प्रत्येक जनशिकायत का फीडबैक स्वंय थानाध्यक्ष को करने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त थाने के मालखाने में रखे बलवा ड्रिल से सम्बन्धित उपकरणों की साफ सफाई करा कर रखने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया ताकि आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उनका तत्काल उपयोग किया जा सके। सभी पुलिस कर्मियों को मानक के अनुसार वर्दी धारण करने तथा टर्नआउट उच्च कोटि का रखने के लिए निर्देशित किया गया ।
*कोरोना महामारी के दृष्टिगत निम्न निर्देश दिये गये-*
1. कोरोना महामारी के रोकथाम हेतु थाना परिसर में मौजूद तथा आने जाने वाले व्यक्तियों को कोरोना रोकथाम हेतु भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी किये गये दिशा-निर्देश के शत-प्रतिशत अनुपालन हेतु सभी पुलिस कर्मियों को निर्देशित किया गया तथा हिदायद दी गयी कि बिना मास्क के कोई भी व्यक्ति थाना परिसर में मौजूद न रहें।
2. थाना रामकोला क्षेत्र के भीड़-भाड़ वाले बाजारों में दिन तथा रात में लगातार गस्त की व्यवस्था करते हुए कोरोना रोकथाम हेतु दिये गये दिशा निर्देशों का पूर्णत: अनुपालन कराये जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त श्रीमान् पुलिस अधीक्षक महोदय द्वारा निम्न निर्देश जारी किये गये-
अपराधियों पर सतत निगरानी हेतु बनायी गयी ईगल टीम की समीक्षा की गयी। पूर्व निर्धारित 10 बिन्दूओं(एचएस, टाप-टेन, एक्टिव लिस्ट व विगत 03 वर्षों में जेल से छूटे अपराधियों आदि) का चौकी /हल्कावार लिस्ट बनाकर निगरानी रखने हेतु सम्बन्धित को निर्देशित किया गया।
