डाक टाइम्स कुशीनगर। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के अवसर पर उ0 प्र0 जनसंख्या नीति 2021-30, 11 जनपदों में आर0 टी0 पी0 सी0 आर0 लैब का उद्घाटन, हेल्थ एटीएम, उ0 प्र0 के स्वास्थ्य केंद्र एप के उदघाटन के क्रम में जनपद कुशीनगर के भी आर0 टी0 पी0 सी0 आर0 लैब का उद्घाटन वर्चुअली किया गया।
विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस के अवसर पर बोलते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि पूरी दुनिया के अंदर इस विषय को लेकर समय-समय पर चिंता व्यक्त की गई है कि बढ़ती जनसंख्या विकास में बाधक हो सकती है ।अनेक मंचों से चर्चा हुई है। जिन देश और राज्य में अपेक्षित प्रयास हुए वहाँ सकारात्मक परिणाम भी दिखे , लेकिन इस संदर्भ में और भी प्रयास करने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश जनसंख्या नीति 2021- 30 जनसंख्या स्थिरीकरण का प्रयास समाज की व्यापक जागरूकता से जुड़ा हुआ है। समाज में जहां गरीबी है वहां जनसंख्या वृद्धि के साथ संबंध हो जाता है। इस संदर्भ में व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान उन तबकों को ध्यान में रखकर किया जाना होगा। उन्होंने इस संदर्भ में अंतर्विभागीय समन्वय की भी बात की जिसके अंतर्गत महिला एवं बाल विकास, शिक्षण संस्थान, एवं जिन विभागों से स्वास्थ्य में बेहतरी हो सकती है उन सभी विभागों को जोड़ने के संदर्भ में चर्चा की गई और उन्होंने बताया कि अंतर्विभागीय समन्वय से वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना वायरस से लड़ने में भी सफलता मिली है। शासन से जुड़े सभी विभाग मिलकर प्रभावी ढंग से इसे लागू करने में सफल होंगे इसका उन्होंने विश्वास जताया।
11 जनपदों में आर0 टी0 पी0 सी0 आर0 लैब के शुभारंभ पर उन्होंने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की और बताया कि जब उत्तर प्रदेश में कोविड का पहला मामला आया था तब टेस्टिंग की सुविधा नहीं थी। इस संदर्भ में उन्होंने चिकित्सा विभाग, व चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग को भी धन्यवाद किया और बताया कि वर्तमान में प्रतिदिन चार लाख टेस्ट किए जा रहे हैं। आर0टी0पी0 सी0 आर0 लैब की स्थापना से टेस्टिंग क्षमता में और बढ़ोतरी होगी। अन्य 30 जनपदों में भी आर0 टी0 पी0 सी0 आर0 लैब की स्थापना की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री का कहना था कि शासन की योजना बिना किसी भ्र्ष्टाचार के अंतिम पायदान तक पहुँचना चाहिए।
उत्तर प्रदेश स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ऐप के बारे में बोलते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि मंडल अस्पताल, जिला अस्पताल, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सभी इसमें समाहित हैं और इनसे संबंधित सभी जानकारियां इस ऐप के माध्यम से मिलेंगे जैसे अस्पताल में डॉक्टर्स की संख्या, सुविधाओं की जानकारी, हेल्थ व वैलनेस सेंटर, दवाओं की उपलब्धता आदि। इसके साथ साथ इस एप के माध्यम से अस्पताल जाने के रास्ते की जानकारी भी मैप के माध्यम से मिलेगी।
इस क्रम में उन्होंने परिवार नियोजन को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए कुछ दंपतियों को शगुन किट भी प्रदान किए तथा हेल्थ एटीएम का भी शुभारंभ किया।
जनपद कुशीनगर से इस वर्चुअल बैठक में जिलाधिकारी एस0 राजलिंगम, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी नरेंद्र गुप्ता , मुख्य चिकित्सा अधीक्षक एस0 के0 वर्मा तथा संबंधित अधिकारीगण मौजूद थे।
