शासन की योजनाओं का गुणवत्तापरक क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें अधिकारी
अधिकारी गण मा0 जनप्रतिनिधि गणों द्वारा प्राप्त शिकायतों का निस्तारण करते हुए सम्बन्धित को कराएं अवगत-अवगत
सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं के अनुश्रवण हेतु जनपद स्तरीय जिला विकास समन्वय व निगरानी समिति (दिशा) की बैठक शनिवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में मा0 सांसद विजय कुमार दुबे की अध्यक्षता में सम्पन्न हुयी।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए मा0 सांसद विजय कुमार दुबे ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा संचालित जनकल्याणकारी, गरीबी उन्मूलन व रोजगारपरक योजनाओं सहित सरकार की प्राथमिकता वाले योजनाओं के लाभ से वास्तविक पात्रों को किसी भी दशा में वंचित न रखा जाय। योजनाओं का संचालन व पात्रों का चयन ईमानदारी व पारदर्शी ढंग से किया जाय। यदि कही कोई समस्या आती है, तो जनप्रतिनिधियों को अवगत कराये। उन्होने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये यदि उनके विभाग से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं के संचालन में किसी मार्गदर्शन-अनुमति की आवश्यकता हो तो जनप्रतिनिधियों के संज्ञान लाया जाए जिससे उसका समुचित समाधान कराया जा सके।
उन्होंने कहा कि बैठक दौरान मा0 जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा की गई शिकायतों को अधिकारी गण गम्भीरता से लेते हुए उसका निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने बैठक के एजेंडे को बैठक से पूर्व ही उपलब्ध कराए जाने की अपेक्षा की। जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा उठाये गए समस्याओं से सम्बंधित विभागों जैसे विद्युत विभाग द्वारा सौभाग्य योजनाअन्तर्गत अभी भी बहुत से टोले मजरे में विद्युत न होने,वंचित पात्रीन को आवास का लाभ देने, स्वच्छ जल उपलब्ध कराने, कोरोना के संभावित तीसरी लहर के मद्देनजर पूर्व से ही तैयारी कर लेने आदि प्रमुख मुद्दों को सम्बन्धित अधिकारी द्वारा प्रभावी कार्यवाही किये जाने सहित टीकाकरण के दिनांक 3 अगस्त को होने वाले विशेष अभियान में अपनी हिस्सेदारी को सुनिश्चित करते हुए इसे आगे बढ़ाने पर जोर देने हेतु सभी का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया गया।
मा0 सांसद कुशीनगर ने कहा कि अब तक देश मे लगभग 45 करोड़ लोगों का निः शुल्क वैक्सिनेशन हो गया है ये बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है हमारे देश के लिए,। उन्होंने दिनांक 03 अगस्त को टीकाकरण के विशेष अभियान में केंद्रों पर होर्डिंग सहित आवश्यक सुविधाओं के सम्बंध में भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रित पर निधि के पैसे खर्च करने की अपेक्षा सभी विधायक गण से की।
आज के बैठक की शुरुआत पूर्व बैठक में मा0 जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा की गई शिकायतों पर की गई कार्यवाही से शुरुआत की गई,जिसमे मुख्य रूप से मनरेगा, स्वच्छ भारत मिशन,कृषि विभाग,फसल बीमा योजना, सौभाग्य योजना आदि से सम्बंधित थी।
आज की बैठक में विद्युत कनेक्शन के अनुरूप ट्रांसफॉर्मर लगवाए जाने, लटके हुए तार को सही कराने, नेशनल हेल्थ मिशन अन्तर्गत रात्रि में चिकित्सकों के नही रुकने, बलुआ अस्पताल में महिला चिकित्सक की तैनाती करने, खडडा/नेबुआ नौरंगिया के अस्पतालों में प्रसव कराने की सुविधा न होने, तथा शौचालय के सम्बंध में मा0 जन प्रतिनिधि गणों द्वारा शिकायत /समस्याओं से अवगत कराया गया।
बैठक दौरान सर्व शिक्षा अभियान, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी/ग्रामीण/ श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी हेल्थ मिशन,डिजिटल इंडिया,कौशल विकास योजना, महात्मा गांधी रोजगार गारंटी योजना, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा दिये जाने वाले पेंशन योजना, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण कौशल विकास,स्वच्छ भारत मिशन,सिंचाई योजना,निःशुल्क बोरिंग,सहित सभी कार्यों के सम्बंध में पूर्ण जानकारी ली गई।
जिलाधकारी एस राजलिंगम ने बैठक के अंत मे मा0 अध्यक्ष जी का आभार जताते हुए बैठक में दिए गए निर्देशों/सुझावों का शत प्रतिशत अनुपालन कराये जाने हेतु समस्त जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
इस अवसर पर मा0 विधायक कसया रजनीकांत मणि त्रिपाठी, हाटा पवन केडिया, रामकोला रामानन्द बौद्ध, फाजिलनगर विधायक के प्रतिनिधि, पड़रौना विधायक प्रतिनिधि श्रीराम,मा0 सांसद देवरिया-कुशीनगर प्रतिनिधि,जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा प्रेमचंद मिश्र, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमिति सावित्री जायसवाल, फूलचंद कुशवाहा, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्रीमती अनुज मलिक, अपर जिलाधिकारी विंध्यवासिनी राय, सहित अन्य सभी जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारी व जनप्रतिनिधि गण उपस्थित रहे।
