श्रीमान् पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर श्री सचिन्द्र पटेल के निर्देशन में श्रीमान् अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक कुशीनगर के पर्यवेक्षण तथा श्रीमान् क्षेत्राधिकारी सदर के नेतृत्व में* थाना तुर्कपट्टी पुलिस द्वारा ग्राम खुदरा अहिरौली के बचई प्रजापति पुत्र शंकर की लिखित तहरीर पर उसका साला कन्हैया प्रजापति पुत्र मोहन प्रजापति साकिन पूरेखास थाना गोपालपुर जनपद गोपालगंज बिहार जो मेरी पत्नी को ईसाई धर्म में परिवर्तन कर दिया है तथा हमको भी प्रलोभन व डरा धमका कर ईसाई धर्म परिवर्तन करने को दबाव बना रहा है यह कार्य लगभग कई सालों से कर रहा था इस आधार पर थाना तुर्कपट्टी पर मु0अ0सं0 198/21 धारा 506 भादवि0 व 3/5(1) उत्तर प्रदेश विधि विरूद्ध धर्म संपरिवर्तन प्रतिषेध अध्यादेश 2020 पंजीकृत कर अभियुक्त के पास से 01 अदद बाईबिल ग्रन्थ व 01 अदद भगवान ईशु मशीह का फोटो बरामद कर आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है ।

थाना तुर्कपट्टी पुलिस टीम द्वारा 01 अभियुक्त नौशाद पुत्र मो0 इस्तयाक अली साकिन पाण्डेयपट्टी धौरहरा थाना पटहेरवा जनपद कुशीनगर को गिरफ्तार कर उसके कब्जे से एक अदद अवैध चाकू बरामद कर अन्तर्गत मु0अ0सं0 199/2021 धारा 4/25 आर्म्स एक्ट में आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
*जनपद कुशीनगर पुलिस द्वारा शान्ति भंग में की गयी निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही-*
जनपद कुशीनगर के विभिन्न थानों की पुलिस द्वारा 07 नफर अभियुक्तों को शान्ति भंग में गिरफ्तार कर धारा 151 सीआरपीसी के अन्तर्गत आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही की गयी।
