आपसी पारिवारिक विवाद में हत्या में शामिल अभियुकत्ता व बाल अपचारी हुए गिरफ्तार
दिनांक 25.08.2021 को आवेदिका अमरावती देवी पत्नी स्व0 कमलेश संह सा0 सिकटा थाना कुबेरस्थान जनपद कुशीनगर जो थाना स्थानीय पर उपस्थित आकर तहरीर दिया कि आवेदिका की छोटी लड़की श्वेता सिंह पुत्री स्व0 कमलेश सिंह उम्र 18 वर्ष जो मानसिक रूप से बीमार रहती है। जो दिनांक 25.08.2021 को सुबह 09.00 बजे अपने कमरे मे जाकर दरवाजा अन्दर से बंद कर ली, कुछ देर बाद काफी देर तक आवाज देने पर अन्दर से कोई आवाज नही आने पर पड़ोसियो की मदद से दरवाजा को तोड़ा गया तो देखा कि आवेदिका की लड़की अपने आप को पंखे से लटका ली थी जिसे नीचे उतारा गया तो उसकी मृत्यु हो चुकी थी। जिसके आधार पर थाना हाजा पर र0नं0 41 दिनांक 25.08.2021 को सूचना फौती अंकित कर थाना स्थानीय की पुलिस द्वारा मृतका के पंचायतनामा की कार्यवाही कर पोस्टमार्टम हेतू शव को जिला पोस्ट मार्टम हाउस भेजा गया। जहां से डाक्टर द्वारा मृतका के शव के पोस्टमार्टम की कार्यवाही की गयी जिसमे मृतका स्वेता सिंह के मृत्यु का कारण (Death is due to Asphyxsia as a result of antimortm throttling) अंकित किया गया था। जिसके सम्बन्ध मे पंचायतनामा करने वाले उ0नि0 द्वारा मृतका के गांव जाकर उसके घर के आस -पास के लोगो से जानकारी किया गया तो ज्ञात हुआ कि मृतका का उसकी मां और दोनो लड़के/ (मृतका के भाई) व घर के अऩ्य सदस्यो के बीच आये दिन झगड़ा होने की आवाज सुनाई देती रहती थी। जिस दिन घटना हुई उस दिन भी सुबह काफी लड़ाई झगड़ा होने व हाथा पाई की आवाजे सुनाई दी थी। इन लोगो के घर पर अक्सर झगड़ा फसाद होता रहता था, आस -पास के लोगो मे चर्चा का विषय है कि घर वालो की हाथा -पाई में ही मृतका की जान गयी होगी। उक्त प्रकरण मे पंचायतनामा कर्ता उ0नि0 की जांच रिपोर्ट पर थाना स्थानीय पर अभियोग पंजीकृत कर विवेचना प्रारम्भ की गयी। विवेचना के दौरान प्रकाश में आये अभियुक्ता तथा 02 अन्य बाल अपचारी को आज दिनांक 29.08.2021 को थाना कुबेरस्थान पुलिस टीम द्वारा ग्राम सिकटा के पास से गिरफ्तार कर नियमानुसार अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।

थाना हाटा पुलिस टीम द्वारा 05 अभियुक्त 1.शिव कुमार पुत्र छोटई, 2.भूटेश राय पुत्र नन्दलाल, 3.सुनील राजभर पुत्र रामकेवल, 4.दीपक राजभर पुत्र बसन्त, 5.नगीना पुत्र रामदुलारे साकिनान झांगा बाजार थाना हाटा जनपद कुशीनगर, को गिरफ्तार कर उनके कब्जे से माल फड़ से 5500 रुपये, जामा तलासी से 390 रुपये व 52 तास के पत्ते बरामद कर अन्तर्गत मु0अ0सं0 192/2021 धारा 13 जुआ अधिनियम में आवश्यक विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।

जनपद कुशीनगर पुलिस द्वारा शान्ति भंग में की गयी निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही
जनपद कुशीनगर के विभिन्न थानों की पुलिस द्वारा 25 नफर अभियुक्तों को शान्ति भंग में गिरफ्तार कर धारा 151 सीआरपीसी के अन्तर्गत आवश्यक वैधानिक कार्यवाही की गयी।
